Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged during shipping.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, email us at support@artrubie.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

Custom & Personalized Products

Custom-made or personalized artworks are created specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started, except in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect delivery.

Refund Process

After we review and approve your request:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Order Cancellation
  • Standard orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
