We take great pride in offering pieces that are not only visually inspiring but also carry the spirit and vision of the artist. While we hope every purchase brings joy and lasting value, we understand that sometimes expectations may differ. For that reason, we have designed a fair and transparent return and refund policy.

Returns for Original Artwork
If you are not completely satisfied with an original artwork you have purchased, you may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the artwork must be returned in its original condition, free from any damage, and securely packaged in its original protective material. Once the returned artwork is carefully inspected and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the refund process may take a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Commissioned & Customized Artwork
All commissioned and customized artworks are considered final sale. Since these creations are made exclusively according to your personal requirements, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Each commissioned piece is a unique expression crafted especially for you, and therefore cannot be resold or reused.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or damage that occurred during delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To ensure the safe return of the artwork, we strongly recommend using a reliable, trackable, and insured shipping service. Any loss or damage during return shipping will not be covered by us.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we kindly ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. After reviewing the case, we will provide you with the option of a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
